Contact your current technology vendor(s) and ask them for an account review. Make sure to ask them the hard questions:
1. How much are we currently spending?
2. Are we meeting our included volume base in our current contract? If not, can you adjust the contract?
3. Are there more efficient ways for us to do business?
4. Do we qualify for industry-specific contracts that allow us to acquire technology at a substantial discount?
5. What are the options at the end of my current contract?
