Customers – Thank You for A Great Year!

This has been a great year and we have customers like you to thank for our success.  In March, we welcomed our new owner Wade Timmermann and the new culture of growth and stability that he promised.  In April’s blog, we introduced a team you already knew with a combined experience of 170 years.  In that same blog, Wade was quoted as saying, “Our plan is to live up to our slogan ‘One Company, One Total Solution’.  We are not just a copier company.  We’re going to take this idea of a copier company and transform it into a more customer friendly environment to cater to your needs.  We are training everyone and getting them to be best in their field in not only copiers, printers, but also in the top industry leaders of document management, computers, and managed print services.  This change in ownership will bring about new ideas and help its customers with the challenges you face day to day.”   After stating this, he indeed started getting all our technicians caught up on their training and adding new training when we brought in brands, like, PaperCut and Ricoh.  Some of our tenured employees were promoted and our team grew by five more strong employees.  Our Service Manager, Dennis Anderson, comments: “My thoughts for 2016 is how this has been a year of change in the Service Dept.  The techs have done a great job of facing realignment of the territories and their duties, extra training, and new methods of accessing all the information to them.  Thank you for your patience in our growing pains as we adapt to new ways in better serving you.”
However, the changes weren’t just felt in the Service department; but in our Administration and Sales departments too.  Our Comptroller, Mary Jane Biswell, states: “Thank you to our many loyal customers who have chosen AAA as their office equipment dealer.  We greatly appreciate the testimonials and referrals you have given us to help us grow.  I hope you enjoy the changes we are making to better assist you, from broadening lease offerings, more technical trainings for our staff, Lunch and Learns to introduce customers to new software, new hardware, and business solutions and training as technological advances become available to us.”  If you came to our first open house, the Technology Tailgate, in October, you saw firsthand how much our interior has been renovated to support our growth in our staff and our customer base’s needs and, if you followed along on social media, you saw the changes as they were being made.  Our Senior Major Account Rep, Josh Earnhart, says, “My family and I moved back here to NWA 5 months ago to where I began my career in the print industry with AAA Business Systems, Inc.  A lot has changed in our industry over my 14 years of experience; however, there is one thing that has remained as consistent as ever and that is the exceptional level of service we provide here at AAA Business Systems, Inc.   Our company continues to grow year over year, especially in 2016, and that is a true testament to our customers.  Because of you, we have continued and will continue to provide the level of service that you deserve, which is a true partnership with a company that understands your business and how to help you operate more efficiently.  Thank you for your continued support of AAA Business Systems, Inc.  The best is yet to come!”
To support you, we had to have a great team who was trained and had an office space to support them so they could stay focused on your office technology needs.  To support our employees, we needed a great leader.  One who can be found, more often than not, working alongside his employees in the trenches, than locked away in his office.  And this leader takes no credit for himself, “Since the acquisition in February the employees of AAA have worked very hard to make improvements to our company that will directly affect better service for our customers, as well as, more offerings for our customers.  I would give these folks here an A+.  I could not have drawn it up any better.  In a business, your people are the number one ingredient for a successful company,” notes Wade Timmermann.    Customers, this Holiday season, we want to say a huge thank you for supporting us through the years, but, especially, throughout the changes we made in 2016.  We can’t wait to see what 2017 holds in store as we do our best to bring you the most efficient and innovative office technology.  As Josh observed, “The best is yet to come!”
