Recently, our Sales Rep. Kenny Rohrbach created a video about My Sharp. And Kenny, who has 35 years experience in the printing equipment industry, knows our Sharp line. So, when he has great information to share, we listen! As he states in the video, of the many great things Sharp provides, My Sharp is a big one. It’s a tailored website the AAA sales representative setup for customers upon request. AAA has a unique website for the My Sharp we share with our customers, completely setup for your equipment that you have on site. You can login on your computer or onto the equipment itself and ask simple questions. The Show Me tutorial gives information on how to discover answers to the questions you have. For example, if you have a printing question you can look up the answer and click on PDF to read and either save it to your computer or print it out. Additionally, you are able to email yourself the PDF. If you prefer videos, a video will pull up and play to show you a step-by-step tutorial.

This example website will show you what you will see when your login. Click on the device you have a question or need training over. For this example, I chose the MX-4110/4111/5330/5111N
On this machine, you have lots of options, including: meter readings, double sided prints, and more. For this example, I going to click on Copying.
Under Copying, I selected Exposure because many people have a problem with their prints being too light or too dark. As you can see in the image, the first option is to have an email sent to you with the PDF. The second is to open the PDF and the third option is to play a video tutorial.

The My Sharp website features helpful tutorials about using copy, print, scan, fax, and administration on the equipment. Many of our customers find the My Sharp website very helpful for quick trainings on a specific need immediately, but like Kenny states in the video, AAA is always available to assist you and your business.
