Dennis started in this business 35 plus years ago when an Administrator at Northwest Technical Institute gave him the name of someone wanting to hire an electronics repair technician. And AAA Business Systems has the pleasure of working with Dennis for 10 plus years. In past 35 years, he has done all the chores of the business from a technician, sales, owner, parts, set up and delivery. We are excited about him having the new position of Service Manager and the opportunities that come with it. However, Dennis states, “I will say that I miss driving the Ozarks with all the beauty of the windshield time, the challenge of mending the units issues. Most of all, I miss the daily face-to-face contact with all the great people I have met out there, who have treated me with respect and like a true friend.”

He has the pleasure of taking over a great service team with many, many combined years of experience. He proudly says, “We have 229 years of experience between 9 service team members, including our latest to join our team Andy Windenburg with 28 years of experience. This gives us a huge edge in assisting you in any way we can to maintain your equipment and needs.” He continues to say, “That being said, there is a reason the company has a service department. Not all equipment runs perfect all the time. So when you have trouble, we will respond as quick as possible and resolve the issues with professional and quality results. I will be available to continue helping you in the future, so don’t hesitate to call.”

Dennis spends his “time off the clock” with his family. “I have truly been blessed in being married to my beautiful wife and best friend, Jackie. The three boys are grown-up now, with the youngest turning 30 this August.” Two of his sons are married and they have been blessed with two grand kids and one on the way. And if you know Dennis, you know he loves to talk about his family, especially the little ones. He enjoys taking care of yard work, vegetable garden and flower beds. He also loves taking pictures of the family and nature as a way to unwind. “Oh yes,” Dennis says, ” and watching the sunrise from the back porch with a cup of coffee and the sunset from the front porch with a glass of wine.”
