Norman Elliott II, our Service Technician based out of our Little Rock location, has been in the business technology industry for the last four years. Arkansas Native to the core, Norman graduated from Conway High School with honors and attended ITT Tech. At ITT Tech, he graduated with an associate of Applied Science in Computer and Electronic Engineering Technologies. He can proudly state the determination he had in high school followed him to ITT Tech, because there he graduated Suma Cum Laude as the highest in his class with a perfect 4.0.
Since being with us, Norman has become certified in Sharp Platinum Level, achieved the Ricoh 2015 Prestige, and certified on Production machines. AAA is proud to have Norman supporting our central Arkansas customer base. With his dedication and expertise in the equipment we carry, we know you’ll be happy to see him too.
Aside from working with AAA, Norman loves music. He plays the trumpet, guitar, and piano. He also enjoys being active: “I am a First Degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo”, he states with a big smile. He also enjoys archery and “anything that goes boom”. And he enjoys camping, hiking, bowling, video games, and watching tv/movies with his wife of 11 years, Tara, and his niece, Courtney.
